Is it not easy to dry the quilt? It’s fine to get the sun under the sun. If you think wrong, don't make the following "three sins":

One sin: drying time is too long, the frequency is too frequent. Many people like to move the quilt to the terrace after getting up on the weekend, until the evening before sunset. In fact, the best drying time is from 11 noon to 2 pm. Usually, cotton fiber will reach a certain degree of swelling after being exposed to sunlight for three or four hours. It has received a good drying effect, and the drying time is too long. Too much will cause the cotton fiber to shorten and cause it to fall off, and the warmth of the quilt will be greatly reduced. Especially duvets and wool quilts, because they contain oil in their materials. After exposure, these substances will chemically change, produce odor, cause discoloration and cracking, etc. They only need to be placed in dry and ventilated place to spread one or two. It can be an hour.

Two sins: no distinction is made outside the quilt. Generally speaking, when drying, it is best to be inside to the sun, to protect the surface of the material, and to let the direct contact with the sun to receive the best drying effect. If you consider that there are too many dusts, you are used to facing the outside. You should cover the surface with a thin cloth to protect the quilt, especially the chemical fiber fabric, from being burnt at high temperatures.

Three sins: beat hard after drying. The traditional concept has always been that quilts that are laid out for a long time must be clean and fluffy. However, the fiber of cotton is thick and short, and it is very easy to break. If you use a stick to beat it, the fiber will break into dusty cotton dust. The quilt made of synthetic fiber is thin and long, easy to deform. Beating, the fiber shrinkage plate can not be restored again. For the sake of hygiene, you can safely take back your home with a broom sweeping the dust on the quilt.

Pillow: must be cleaned

Some people clean the pillowcase regularly, but never clean the pillow. Because many people think that the pillowcase is enough to protect the pillow, just clean the pillowcase on time to keep the pillow clean. In fact, the saliva, secreted sweat, etc. that we inadvertently flow out during sleep will penetrate into the pillow, breed bacteria, cause allergies and diseases, so we have to clean the pillow every 3-6 months.

Different pillows require different cleaning and maintenance. The latex pillow should be soaked with cold washing essence, gently pressed by hand, and then rinsed repeatedly with water. Then wrap it in a dry cloth, absorb most of the water, and let it dry in a cool place. Do not expose it to the sun to avoid deterioration and oxidation of the material. Special attention should be paid to down pillows. Because the feathers are easy to get into the water when they are in contact with water, they cannot be washed under water. You can gently pat the pillow by hand to keep it fluffy, and take it to a ventilated place to remove the sweat and moisture.
